The Unitree G1 is getting scary now….
Okay. Previously, I’ve been a big fan of the Unitree G1 robot and its amazing dexterity, but this video is really making me think again. The Unitree is making some amazing progress with its martial arts training, and honestly, it’s making me a little nervous. It feels like we could still take this robot out right now, but for how much longer?
It’s starting to feel a little unfair. What exactly is the limit to how fast and hard this robot is going to be able to hit? Can we start teaching it something a little more sedate? Like how about some fishing or something?
